Professor Olajumoke Adenuga is a visionary fashion leader, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering the next generation through creativity, culture, and excellence. She is the CEO of Ayaba Collection, where she specializes in couture fashion design known for elegance, craftsmanship, and cultural sophistication.
In addition to her work in the fashion industry, Professor Adenuga serves as a Senior Fashion Design Instructor at Wayne County Community College District, where she mentors and develops aspiring fashion professionals and emerging designers. Her passion for education, leadership, and innovation continues to inspire students and young creatives throughout Michigan and beyond.
As the visionary leader of the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, she is committed to creating a platform that celebrates Nigerian culture, empowers women, and develops future leaders within the diaspora community. Professor Adenuga is also a proud wife and devoted mother of three beautiful daughters, balancing family, entrepreneurship, education, and community leadership with grace and purpose.
Provides visionary leadership and executive direction for the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, leading the organization’s mission to empower, develop, and celebrate Nigerian women through leadership, culture, and community impact. Oversees strategic growth, brand development, partnerships, organizational leadership, and long-term planning while guiding the overall vision and legacy of the platform.
Dr. Elizabeth Ajayi-Bridges, Ed.D., is an education leader, entrepreneur, and community strategist with over 20 years of experience spanning higher education, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment. She currently serves as Campus Dean at Wayne County Community College District and is the Founder of Invest 365 Academy, an organization focused on leadership, workforce readiness, and educational consulting.
She is also the Founder and CEO of EVAE Services, where she has led large-scale event production and youth workforce initiatives for over two decades. Dr. Ajayi-Bridges serves as the Pageant Operations Director for Miss Nigeria Michigan USA, helping advance the organization’s mission of empowering young women through leadership, education, and cultural pride.
In addition to her professional work, she is the Co-Founder of Nigerian American Executive Women, a Board Member of the Global African Business Association Foundation, and Vice President of Strategic Implementation for Detroit Unleashed. Her passion is building leaders, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities for future generations.
Provides executive leadership and operational oversight for the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of all pageant activities and experiences. Serves as a strategic leader overseeing production, contestant experience, partnerships, logistics, and organizational operations while ensuring alignment with the pageant’s mission, brand, and vision.
Eberechi Ogbuaku is a Michigan and New York attorney. She has worked with the Miss Nigeria in Michigan organization for the last two years. Eberechi is also the host of the Young Professional African Collective (YPAC) podcast, where she talks to people doing work on the African continent or related to it. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and dancing.
Leads the operational planning and technical production of the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, ensuring a seamless and professional event experience from rehearsals to showtime. Oversees venue logistics, stage management, technical production, vendor coordination, and overall program flow to deliver a high-quality production aligned with the organization’s vision and brand.
Mrs. Noella Nwosu-Amene is a multifaceted creative, entrepreneur, and community leader with over 15 years of experience as a professional makeup artist. She is the founder of Ella Enhances, a beauty brand built on the belief that beauty is “designed by God, enhanced by Ella,” created to help women feel confident, seen, and empowered. Originally based in Houston, Texas, Noella is known for her precision, artistry, and cultural vision, and has had the honor of working with global icons such as Afrobeats superstar Yemi Alade and award-winning British choreographer Sherrie Silver.
Proudly Igbo by way of Imo State, Nigeria, Noella is deeply rooted in her heritage and committed to preserving and celebrating African culture within the diaspora. She currently serves as the Director of Public Relations and Communications for Umu Igbo Unite, a global organization dedicated to connecting, empowering, and uplifting young Igbo professionals through cultural programming, networking, and community impact.
Beyond her corporate and community leadership, Noella is also the founder of a digital platform created specifically for Black and brown women living with Hidradenitis Suppurativa, offering visibility, healing, and empowerment through honest storytelling and quote-based content.
Above all, she is a devoted wife and mother of two, grounding her life in faith, family, and purpose, while using her voice and platform to inspire confidence, celebrate identity, and empower her community.
Leads the contestant development experience for the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, guiding participants from application through competition with a structured, supportive, and empowering approach. Oversees contestant communication, onboarding, rehearsals, and preparation activities to ensure each contestant is confident, prepared, and fully engaged throughout the season.
Tejumola Mowo-Wale, LMSW, QIDP, is a compassionate therapist, advocate, and consultant dedicated to empowering individuals and families through life transitions, disability advocacy, and mental wellness. With nearly two decades of experience in social work and over nine years in therapeutic practice, she is the founder of ICARE Consulting, where she provides coaching, consultation, and advocacy for children, teens, and adults navigating intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex systems of care.
In addition to her work in social services, Tejumola is the visionary behind VassyBellaVista, a beauty and wig brand that helps women embrace confidence and celebrate their natural beauty. Her passion for enhancing women’s lives both internally and externally continues to influence her personal and professional journey.
As the Image and Presentation Coordinator for Miss Nigeria in Michigan, Tejumola supports contestants in presenting themselves with elegance, cultural authenticity, and confidence. She works closely with participants to ensure their attire, poise, and stage presence reflect both heritage and individuality.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tejumola is a strong advocate for holistic wellness and intentional living. She promotes self-care, mental wellness, and healthy routines as essential foundations for a fulfilling life. Her commitment to advocacy, beauty, and empowerment continues to shape her impact within her community and beyond.
Leads contestant image development and presentation preparation for the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, helping contestants build confidence, professionalism, and stage presence. Oversees styling guidance, etiquette coaching, wardrobe coordination, and interview preparation to ensure contestants are polished both on and off the stage.
Barakat Olaniyan is fashion designer, styling content creator, and founder Bethanykulture a fashion brand specializing in Afrocentric designs that celebrate culture, identity, and storytelling through clothing and accessories. Through my brand, I create pieces that blend tradition with modern elegance, aiming to make every wearer feel confident, seen, and culturally connected.
Leads the marketing, communications, and promotional strategy for the Miss Nigeria Michigan USA Pageant, driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and community visibility.
